Sopra Steria, formed when Sopra and Steria merged, is a European leader in digital transformation employing 2,500 people in Norway and 46,000 across 25 countries. After the merger, marketing collateral naturally needed to reflect the new brand. The recruitment brochure, service brochures and roll-ups are examples of communication materials produced by us in the new style.

To enjoy success and growth, an organisation needs to recruit the best people. These advertisements, which ran in the Norwegian national and IT press prior to the merger with Sopra, together with significant online advertising, brochures and conference stands (also created by us) secured job applications and helped create general awareness for Steria. The high-impact photography illustrating employees’ interests acts as a clear differentiator and helps promote the company’s ethos of a healthy work–life balance, which is an important factor in attracting new talent.
